Merchandise cost for my order is less than 90$, but total order with shipping is more than that. Does that allow to receive Rough Book as a special benefit? If not, may I make one more order and have total merchandise value 90$+? I'd really love to have the book but don't want to mess with order cancellations and repeated submissions, if possible. Thanks.
