Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
[Customs, Duties, Additional shipping charge]
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties, taxes and additional shipping charge. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders may be canceled in the case of delay in delivery caused by circumstances out of our control including delay due to an incorrect delivery address in an Order or COVID-19.
- We only ship by post office(EMS) to all destinations outside Korea.
- Orders may be cancelled if the product is no longer available and has not been dispatched.
- Separate orders cannot be shipped together, so if you want to deliver to the same delivery address, please settle in one order.
- Orders cannot be changed or modified once they are placed.
[Free Gifts Policy]
- The free gift event will end when it runs out without notice.
- The free gift will be distributed on a while-stocks-last basis as of the date of SHIPMENT, not order.
- Pre-orders can be canceled within 7 days of the order being placed.
- If you order pre-order products with other regular stock items, the regular stock items will not ship until the pre-order items ship. Please note some regular items or free gifts of them may be out of stock due to limited availability while your order has been on hold until the date of shipment of pre-order products.
- If there is any product out of stock/unavailable for sale, we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will refund the amount paid them.
- In the case of overseas delivery, it is impossible to ship other orders together because the shipping cost will change.
Returns & Exchanges
[Exchange or Return Policy]
- Please make sure to read all the guidelines before placing an order.
- Items purchased can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the delivery if defective or wrong products were delivered.
- Please note that only 1 time exchange is permitted, the exchanged order does not qualify for second exchange.
We will offer you a refund if goods you received turn out to be faulty after the first exchange. In this case, you should properly destroy and dispose of defective products and send us a video as an evidence.
- Please take a video as an evidence when you open the box of the parcel. No exchange or refund without a video.
- In case you have received defective or wrong products, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt of goods.

1. Paper products
1) There may be small spots, stains, ink splashes, dots, scratches, and other slight defects due to the printing process.
2) There may be slight bends and wrinkles in the paper.
3) Printing color can vary from product to product.
2. Foil Printing
1) There may be slight feathering, color changes, scuffing, peeling and unsharp edges.
3. Transparent Photocards (PET film)
1) There may be some scratches, spots, cuts, marks, and etc on the surface.
4. Acrylic Products
1) Please peel off the protective film on the both sides of the products before use.
The scratches, marks, and wrinkles on the film are not defective.
(You can peel off the film with your finger nails starting from the edge of the product.)
2) Printing color can vary from product to product.
3) There may be slight scratches, spots, ink splashes, dots, air bubbles, and other slight defects due to the manufacturing process.
Also, there may be slight scratches or cracks on the cutting surface.
4) In the case of epoxy covered acyrlics, there may be some air bubbles, flow marks, and overflow over the edges, and etc.
5. Metal Products
1) There may be slight dusts, spots, scratches and marks on the surface.
In the case of epoxy covered acrylics, there may be some air bubbles, flow marks, and overflow over the edges, and etc.
2) There may be some hair-lines on the surface due to the manufacturing process.
6. Ceramics and Glassware
1) There may be some air bubbles, flow marks, marks, spots, hair-lines, irregularities, and etc. on the surface due to the manufacturing process.
7. Stuffed Animals/Dolls
1) Sewing, embroidery, print color, etc. may vary from product to product.
2) The size of the product may vary depending on the measurement method.
3) Keep away from firearms and high temperature objects.
4) Please note that the machine wash can damage the fabric or the stuff.
1) Perfumes may contain natural ingredients which can cause sedimentation.
This does not affect the product quality and safety.
2) If any irritation on the skin occurs, please discontinue use immediately.
3) Please note that the perfume can cause stains on the clothes.
4) Keep away from firearms and high temperature objects.
1) Please note that we do not offer exchange or refund in the case of damaged or defective packaging such as packaging box, insert paper card, etc.

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
3) We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff
4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
